About the Journal

Psychological Empowerment Studies is an international, peer-reviewed journal published by FKDP (Forum Komunikasi Dosen Peneliti Indonesia). It publishes original empirical research, theoretical papers, and systematic reviews on psychological empowerment across workplace, educational, health, and community contexts, bridging theory, measurement, and intervention. All submissions are subject to rigorous peer review.
